Basis of Sale
Where we are selling stocked products, we have endeavoured to accurately represent the items both in description and in photography. Should the product not meet your expectations then you may return it following our returns, refunds and exchange policy.
Where we are selling a custom-made product we engage in conversation prior to making the order, to make sure that the item will be as requested. We will provide a full description of the product, as well as a drawing where applicable, for approval prior to commencing the manufacturing process. Once an order has been approved in writing by the client and the order has been put into work, we are unfortunately not able to change or cancel it.
We endeavour to list all prices accurately on our website.
If, by mistake, we have accidentally underpriced a product, we will not be able to supply it at the incorrect price. In these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order and give you a full refund on any amount already paid for the order.
Where we are selling stocked products, the delivery prices are listed on the shop page.
Where we are selling custom-made products we will agree with you the delivery charge prior to commencing the order.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specified on your order. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to your goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We do our best to deliver within the quoted time frame, however this cannot be guaranteed. If delivery will be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control then we will take all reasonable steps to inform you of the delay and advise a new delivery time frame.
We aim to send all our parcels out complete and in tip top condition. If your delivery arrives with considerable visible damage to the packaging then you may refuse the delivery whereupon it will be returned to us and we will make arrangements to replace or refund the product in accordance with our returns, refunds and exchanges policy.
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Shortages or damaged goods will be refunded or replaced in accordance with our returns, refunds and exchange policy.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Whilst we hope that all our customers will be happy with their orders, we accept that the nature of online shopping means that sometimes goods will be returned.
If you have changed your mind about the suitability of a product then you must return it in a fully sellable condition for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that we are not able to refund original or return postage charges. We will process your refund via PayPal within two working days of receiving the returned product.
If you are returning goods which are faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect then we will offer you a refund or replacement. We will always in the first instance try to offer a replacement, however where this is not possible for us, or where not acceptable to you, we will offer you a full refund of both the selling price of the product and the outbound delivery charge. We will also pay for the cost of the return to us if we have had the opportunity to arrange collection ourselves, or if we have agreed to your costs in writing. We regret that we will not be able to refund return shipping in any other circumstances.
We welcome all feedback on our products. We will review all reviews, according to our review guidelines, prior to publishing them on our website. We will publish all reviews unless they contain inappropriate or offensive language. We will always take any opportunity to resolve issues that you may have with one of our products.
We work with the reputable third party payment system of PayPal. Thus we do not acquire or store any of your sensitive payment information in the selling process.
The total liability of The Plant Pot Shop or the Suffolk Window Box Co.Ltd for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
